Restore Our Constitution TEA Party

Did you know the Obama Speech to the country's school children and the DOE "study materials" are totally illegal... according to  attorney Mathew Staver, Founder and Chairman Liberty Counsel:

Federal law expressly forbids the Secretary of Education, or any other officer, from exercising "any direction, supervision, or control over the curriculum, program of instruction, administration,

or personnel of any...school or school system." But that's exactly what President Obama and Secretary Arne Duncan have done in influencing school systems to view the President's

address and providing lesson plans, sample activities, and even suggesting ways for teachers to promote the event.

Shame on you Mr. President.... if you wanted to do something for the school children then you should set a good example by being a law abiding citizen, not a power abusing dictator!

Effective tomorrow, 1 September,09 in the state of Illinois we not only will be taxed on sweets and soft drinks. The tax on alcohol will increase and personal hygeine items, ie: toothpaste, soap shampoo, deoderant, etc. This is all in the name of the capital bill. I think they could have cut some more of thier spending.

What the President isn't telling the American people is One, there health care will NOT be of good quality such as what government employees recieve and two you have to be on a waiting list to get on THE waiting list to see a Doctor. Hopefully you do not have cancer or heart disease.
